These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website and services, including the purchase of our Swish30 product (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

You may use the Services only in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to misuse our Services or help anyone else do so.

Intellectual Property

All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Service is the property of the Company or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.

To access the Services or some of the resources it offers, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of the Services that all the information you provide on the Service is correct, current, and complete.

30-Day Guarantee

FitSwish offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the Swish30 product ("Product Guarantee"). If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of Swish30, you can return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

Guarantee Conditions

1. The Product Guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
   
2. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product, with proof of purchase, within the 30-day period.
   
3. Refunds are applicable only to the first purchase of Swish30 per customer.
   
4. Returned items must be in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging.
   
5. The Company reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of use or is not returned within the 30-day period.
   

How to Process a Return

To initiate a return under the Product Guarantee, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team to express your intent to return the product within the 30-day period.
   
2. Securely package the product, including all original packaging and the proof of purchase.
   
3. Follow the shipping instructions provided by our customer service team to return the product to us.
   

Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Limitations of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Services.
